  • 500g of brown rice is good 
  • 500 ml of coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • 2 pandan leaves, cut into pieces 
  • sliced ​​banana leaves to taste.

  • 300 g cooked chicken meat, finely grated

  • 1 cm galangal, wound 
  • 1 lemongrass root, chopped 
  • 250ml fresh coconut milk

How to do it 
 
  1. Wash the sticky rice well and soak the harvested rice in cold water for 3 hours and then take it out. Cook the sticky rice for 30 minutes and then remove it.
  2. Boil coconut milk with salt and pandan leaves. Pour the coconut milk into the fried rice, stir until the coconut milk is absorbed into the fried rice.
  3. Remove the sticky rice and heat it again for 30 minutes until it is cooked 
  4. Garnish: Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the salad, galangal and lemongrass.
  5. Add chicken and coconut milk, stir until coconut milk is absorbed and remove from heat. 
  6. Spread half of the polished rice on a flat sheet of honey. Spread the chicken mixture over it. Add the remaining sweet rice on top of the chicken mixture and stir again. Cut a lemper 4x7 cm and wrap each piece in a banana leaf.
